This scale is designed with a high-quality stainless steel mixing bowl that combines measuring, mixing, and pouring in one.
You can also use your own bowl or plate if you prefer.

Accuracy
Built with the latest version of sensor technology, the scale offers incredible accuracy. It weighs up to 5 kg, with a division of 0.1 oz / 1 g. It has a 2" large LCD screen with bright backlighting, easy to read even in low light.
Built-in Timer
The scale has a built-in timer that counts down from any moment to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. An alarm gives 60 short beeps when the time is up and is loud enough to be heard from afar. Press T-SET to set, start, and stop the timer, and press the up/down arrows (the same button as Z/T and UNIT) to adjust the time.
Zero / Tare
With this scale, you can measure the first ingredient and then press the Z/T button without emptying the bowl, the scale will reset to zero, and you can continue with your second food.
Thermometer
The current room temperature is displayed in the upper right corner of the scale display in Fahrenheit.
Automatic Shut-off
